Mr. Biju Mambully is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry. Currently, as President of Operations at Tiana, he plays an instrumental role in driving productivity improvements, yield enhancements, and ensuring quality and timely delivery. Biju graduated with a degree in Commerce and went on to pursue a postgraduate degree in Computer Applications. He is adept in inventory management, routinely performing detailed reviews of production and plant operations. Biju’s profound understanding of quality control and his ability to troubleshoot technical issues promptly ensure all products meet the high standards Tiana is known for. Furthermore, Biju excels in project and resource management, ensuring each project is aligned with its requirements, completed within budget, and delivered on time.
