Our Craft
Every Tiana piece passes through eight rigorous stages, from initial sketch to the moment it is placed in its protective box. CAD/CAM technology and decades of handcraft tradition work in unison.
Designs begin as hand-drawn sketches, then progress to fully detailed 3D models using advanced CAD/CAM software.
A precise wax replica is crafted from the design. For production runs, silicone molds are created from the wax master.
Multiple wax pieces form a tree, then investment casting sends molten gold, platinum or silver into the cavity as wax burns away.
Pieces are separated from the cast tree. Expert filing and sanding smooth all rough edges and casting marks.
Small notches are cut to hold each gemstone. Each stone is hand-placed and secured: pavé, bezel, prong or invisible setting.
Buffing removes any remaining scratches; polishing brings the metal to its final brilliant shine and mirror finish.
Rigorous inspection at multiple checkpoints using in-house CVD checking and expert gemological review ensures flawless output.
Optional engraving and rhodium plating for white gold, then every piece is secured in premium protective packaging ready for global export.

Lab-grown diamonds are a testament to human innovation, manufactured in controlled environments using HPHT and CVD techniques that replicate natural formation conditions. They share identical physical, chemical and optical properties to natural diamonds.
The Rapaport Diamond Report is a pivotal benchmark in the global diamond industry, providing transparent and up-to-date pricing information. It evaluates stones based on the 4Cs: carat, colour, clarity and cut, establishing standardised valuations recognised worldwide.
